It was almost hard to put on, but once it is on, it fits tight and looks good. It will protect the leather which is already on the steering wheel. This particular one looks decent and matches the rest of my black interior. I couldn't give it 5 stars for "Easy to Install" because it's not. It doesn't have much "give" in it so getting it to fit around your steering wheel does take some strength. The up side of that is that, once you do manage to get it on there, it fits snuggly around the wheel, nice and tight. One word of caution: If you are OCD like me and need things to be nice and straight & symmetrical, make note of the design on the outside of the cover so that it will be perfectly centered once applied because, once it's in place, it is almost like it's glued on there and near impossible to reposition left or right. At least mine was, as it's on there very tightly. I could probably have taken it all the way off and started over but mine is only about a quarter inch off center and not worth the hassle. Would I buy it again? Recommend it? Absolutely.
