We’ve been using this product for years. If you have any gallbladder issues, this is the stuff to get. It actually helps the bile to process the fats in your stomach without overtaxing the gallbladder. So if you eat something that is high fat, this is a great thing to take before or even after you eat it. If you start feeling sick later in the evening, take it then as well. You can take up to three at a time if you’re feeling queasy.
