They fail to mention it does not work over frosted lipstick either. I tried one coat one day, two the next, 3 the next & 4 the next. It immediately peels off & looks like I have a disease. I then have to finish peeling the rest of the flakes off my lips. Maybelline 24\7 lip color works better, since this only covers on flat lipstick, I may as well keep using the Maybelline, as it stays on all day & has a gloss that goes over it to make lips shiny...all in one tube.
