Does this pan smoke a lot like cast iron?** A: Doesn't smoke unless you have a marinade on the meat that dries up. Smokes a little then, but I find the lid keeps that contained well. Not enough to set off our smoke detector. All pans smoke given the right circumstances! **Q: What is the handle of the lid made of?
