Dr Nelson’s Steam Vocal inhalers are perfect for the treatment blocked sinus, flu, coughs and colds in the home. In use the water should be almost boiling and the Inhaler not more than half filled. When infusions are required the ingredients should be placed in the Inhaler and boiling water poured onto them. No idea why it’s shot up in price because it’s incredibly simple and is nothing more than an earthenware ‘jug’ with a glass mouthpiece. Don’t get me wrong, it works brilliantly and helped my voice when I had some issues, and I continue to use it to help chesty coughs, colds etc. But for £80 you might as well put your head over a bowl of steaming water.
