I used to have to take a test every month for about two years and passed thanks to this every time, but the process does kind of suck. Anyways, just make sure not to partake the night before. Then the morning of drink a bottle of water followed by this stuff and two more bottles of water. Plan to have your system completely purged for about two hours. During that time you’ll need to drink another 2-3 bottles of water (the more the better). Stop drinking water about 30 minutes to an hour before going for the test and take some liquid b12. This stuff helps replace your vitamins but the b12 will help with color but only a little. That is the method I always used and it worked every time, but remember everyone’s body is different so there’s always a chance it won’t work for you.
