I’m a small woman and don’t have any problems opening, closing or hanging it up. I love that there are wings to open so I can iron sheets. The only problem I have with it is that it is hard to get my clothing on it because I wear small size. It’s great for ironing my husband’s jeans. I love to iron and love this ironing board. It is my second one. While I don’t know if my first board was by this company, the weld on the leg broke.
