A: One for heavy duty and one for smoothing. I had the battery operated one and I was so thankful to get this one!

A: I do not know. I have tried to find replacements rollers (online) and have been unsuccessful.

I love this but unfortunately was sent one that doesn't work as it will not recharge. I bought this one as a replacement for one I bought a few months ago. I love the product and it works great but I wish it didn't break after only a few months and now I have to deal with one that wint recharge 😡
