I placed my original order for the tempered glass and the case that was on backorder. While I did receive a temporary case because the case back cover was further delayed in manufacturing, I never received further communication regarding where they cover is or a refund. I owned my last phone for 5 years and never broke it without a case so I don't think I'm particularly rough on them.
