One says 2" adjustment; one says 4 1/4"; another 5 7/8"??????** A: The TAER ramp comes in three lengths (12", 24" and 36") and the length of the ramp determines the amount of play you have with the adjustable feet that raise or lower the ramp to fit against the door threshhold. The ramp can be used without the feet if it meets the threshhold exactly. The TAER 24 comes with two sizes of swivel feet: the 1-1/2" feet can adjust from 2-1/8" to 3-3/8"; the 2-1/2" feet can adjust from 3-3/16" to 4-3/8". Most "standard" threshholds are about 3-7/8", give or take. The "normal" standard for length of ramp required is 1 foot of ramp length for each 1 inch of rise, so a 36" ramp probably allows the easiest, safest access for a 3" plus threshhold.
