Just .25tsp per 1 gallon. For seedlings I go half and half Big Foot Micorrhizae. My seedlings don't burn. I bump it up to a full dose of both in veg and flower. These are a staple in my garden. I run a 50/50 mix of happy frog and ocean forest (already hot soil) along with the amendments stated above. These babies grow roots like crazy and build thick stalks early on.
