Review: Poor quality, bad design, needs ply sheet and horrible installation support - This is a poor quality product. I ordered two of this and one came fine and another came with manufacturing defects. Worse, the installer came only around 10 days later and that too after multiple calls to desertcart. The bed that was installed is shaky and needed a ply sheet because the design is so poor and mattress sags. The ply sheet cost me another Rs 5000!!!! Avoid this bed and buy it only if you wish to spend another Rs 5000 or so to make it usable. And if you like repeatedly calling desertcart and begging for someone to install. Also do not buy this bed if you live in a smaller city. desertcart support and installation support is very poor in smaller cities.
