No. You would put this on the top of your table, the sticky side is non-holographic.

Q: Can this be used on washer and dryer

Yes you can use it on any flat smooth surface

It’s sticky when you peel the backing off. It’s also permanent.

Q: Can you use this on cars?

Yes but I only used it on my bow tie Chevy sign it stayed on my back Chevy sign but came off the front is it will probably work best on flat surfaces better hope this helps
