I sweat a lot and if I'm out for the whole day, it turns to body odour - even with deo and perfume. It mixes and all creates a bad smell. So I gave this a shot. I spray this lightly on the underarm part of my clothes (not on my skin). This light spray keeps the clothes smelling fresh all day. Don't spray heavily, it can leave an overpowering smell.
