They did reluctantly carry the 200 lb piece in so I'll get them a point for that. Please beware or take extra measures during the shipping process as far as reaching out to them first or immediately before they can do anything! Review: Great looking and solidly built - This cabinet is built better than any of the others I looked at locally. While it is a bit pricey, it is well built and solid. The black glass top is a fingerprint magnet, but easily wiped clean. I have a 65" LG CX on top of it and it looks great. The A/V receiver and HTPC fit nicely inside behind the smoked glass doors, along with the TIVO, ROKU and BR player and still room for more. As others have pointed out, BDI's delivery carrier leaves a lot to be desired. The shipping box is clearly marked 'This side up' . The box was placed on my front porch on end. And even though I was supposed to sign for it, I caught the deliverers getting back into their truck to leave. They did come back and carry it into my living room and laid it on it's front side. Again, the box is clearly marked. I asked about signing for it was told it wasn't needed. I wasn't planning to spend this much money, but I had a tight space requirement and this was the only one that would fit. It is slightly less than 61" wide and fits in my space perfectly.
