I am TERRIFIED of anything with more than 4 legs. I have cans of bug spray in strategic locations, and am really good at throwing a shoe in a pinch. (I live in Florida.) Previously, I have had to ask others to come in and clean up after I have already taken care of whatever bug I killed, but this thing has actually given me bug-killing independence.I have never tried this on a live specimen, but for clean-up, it works AMAZINGLY. I have not found a bug that this thing can't catch, and I've never had one that has fallen out after catching. Releasing the dead bug into the toilet for flushing is incredibly easy, and only the largest bugs need a couple of taps on the side of the bowl to come free.
