I have a real steal boned corset and all corsets are a pain to put on, but this one was much harder cause the corset was bending all over the place when trying to put it on, the latches are cheap and hard to get them in the holes cause not all the latches stick out far enough to easily put the notches into to latches,(I'm not a big girl ,I'm 5f and mybe 115lbs, with a small mom pooch. so it shouldn't of been the big of a struggle! when I Finally got it on, its looks great but I have no boob support, I already have small boobs, kinda made my boobs flat, so I had to pull them up a bit, may have to use a strapless bra., I also may take out the ribbon and put the tie at the bottom instead to make it easier to tighten. I love the material of this corset, I love the style of the corset, and I love the construction. HOWEVER, and as much as it pains me to say this, it is small!!!! VERY SMALL!! I normally have no problems with ordering small for any clothing anywhere and a lot of times I have seen reviews posted about things being to small from ladies claiming to have my measurements for the same clothes I buy and I'd often roll my eyes. This corset is not for a lady with hips. I thought I'd have a problem with my breasts in this, but nope. For someone with a 32 DD bust, the corset fit just fine on my breasts. (Made the ladies look quite lovely) I had to let out the ribbon in the back quite a bit at the bottom for my hips, Another problem: Getting the damn thing on.
