**Q: I have a prosthetic will this work with it**
A: Depending on where the gasket will need to go (above the knee on skin), it should work the same as if you were protecting a cast.  If the prosthetic is at your your knee and/or below, before you use it in the shower, I would make sure you are comfortable with the level of traction you have.  With casts, the general idea is that you are not putting pressure on the broken foot/leg, so you have already compensated by either sitting in a shower chair or using rails.  If you are standing using the prosthetic, I would be extra sure you have enough traction or a bar to hold on to during your shower.  Good luck!

**Q: Is this HSA eligible?**
A: I used HSA to buy mine. Could not keep wound dry made it medically necessary IMO

**Q: I have a prosthesis which comes up to the top of my leg. The full leg cover works fine up to mid thigh, but I need to seal the top. Ideas?**
A: Hello,

Thats a tough question. My leg was broken lower so this worked fine for me. I wonder if you can find a longer one, even in a much larger size might work. I wonder if there is a water tight wrap that can go on above this cover or under it? Just to give you more protection. Not sure this helped but its all I have. Good luck!

**Q: I have very hairy legs; will the seal stay waterproof?**
A: I believe it will stay waterproof.  I see no reason for hair to cause the seal to loosen, the elastic blue top will enclose and cling tightly to the skin.  It has a tightly fitting seal, (not so tight it hurts, but a very secure seal).  There is no stickiness to the seal, no special cleaning of the the skin or shaving the hair,  just a lot of elasticity that securely surrounds the circumference of the leg.
