By the time they arrived on my doorstep, the middle bottle was smashed into bits. desertcart was quick to resolve the issue and offered a refund or replacement. I think I would rather buy my Voss water in a brick and mortar store so that I can transport the precious contents myself. But if you can't find this water locally and must order from desertcart, I say do it with confidence. (I want to make sure they won’t break during shipping.)** A: The glass bottles were well wrapped around with copious amounts of bubble wrap. However although none actually broke, one of them did leak. the bundle was wet and the water level in one of the bottles was about an inch shorter.
