Through troubleshooting we have found if I reseat the 3.5mm plug or twist it a bit to ensure a good connection that has cleared the issue. Overall, I like the headset. It’s not terrible, not too bad for the price, but when I use it I can’t hear other players all that clearly. Sometimes I have no issues and other times no matter how high I have the volume up it seems like it never gets any louder.
