Review: The instructions are missing some important info. - Thanks to another reviewer, my installation went smoothly. The instructions fail to let the installer know that there is a set screw "underneath" the main screw that holds the bar to the base. I needed to reverse the bar. To do that, remove the large set screw. Using the included allen wrench, loosen the small allen screw that is at the bottom of the hole used for the large set screw. A quarter turn and it will allow the bar to move to accommodate different size rolls. Out of the box, my unit was completely locked down and couldn't be moved. Loosening the small set screw further allows you to remove and reverse the direction of the bar. If the instructions mentioned the second, small, set screw, they would receive far fewer negative reviews. This is a quality-looking bar and should last for many years.

This is a really clean, modern and beautifully built TP holder. It was definitely a splurge, but I'm so happy with the way it looks and feels. One thing to note is that the brushed nickel photo here looks a little bit champagne tinged in color. It's not. It's a very standard brushed nickel finish in person. I honestly wish I'd bought two.
