    Turkey came out so savory!

I am trying 6 or 7 different rubs in prep for the 2015 grilling/smoking season!  THIS HAS BEEN A HIT!!!  Actually the whole line of these products has been a tremendous hit with me and my family!  I tried their Alabma White --- Ohhhh so delicious! We smoked a turkey and it really turned out just as fabulous!  Surprised us!We love using our Oster 16 quart Smoker Roaster! It is large and in-charge! The 16lbs turkey fit nicely and came out so moist and savory!  We used applewood chips, but experiment with hickory, mesquite and even coffee beans from time to time. Make gravy with the juices at the bottom, don't forget!  Use the rub under the skin of the bird and on top. We will be trying the pork rub soon and will post a review and pics if I have time. Would I buy Norris Dam Poultry Rub again?"Dam" right I would!I also posted a pic of the Oster 16 quart roaster/smoker and the wood chips I purchased on Amazon as well! We love our Oster roaster/smoker!
