Or just poor quality? *by F***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2016* I was very disappointed with this product. Immediately after hooking the hose up to water I noticed several design flaws. It seemed like whoever put this together didn't care, or the quality control just didn't care. The "head" of the hose, the part that the water comes out of, isn't securely on the hose causing it to look crooked. It eventually snapped and sprung a leak after the phone was put away. There is also a "kink" or odd formation on part of the hose, causing water to not properly flow through the house. Since the water can't properly flow through the hose, when valve is open fully at the head it causes a loss of pressure and the entire hose shrinks! Not very happy with this product. I've attached pictures so you can see what I mean. I will absolutely be contacting Amazon for a refund! I was beginning to think this was some kind of Sisyphean exercise in humility--a fool's errand--when I stumbled upon this warrantied hose. I've had this product for about two months now, and it's still going strong. It seems to be built of sturdier stuff than the as-seen-on-tv "pocket hose" and other imitators. I especially like the metal fittings. I'm still pretty sure it will break at some point, but the seller claims to offer a lifetime warranty, and that gave me enough confidence to make the purchase.I'll update this review if and when it breaks and I need to avail myself of the warrant.
