**Q: Announce callers name?**
A: Hello,

Please note that our headset Vox 55 will give you information about the phone number that's calling you and NOT the name of the person (even if you have it saved in your contacts).

**Q: Where the ear hook meets the base, it is lose and it doesn't stay in place. I have gifted this Bluetooth a few times. Does that happen to everyone?**
A: I had the same problem with this bluetooth.  It is heavier and feels bulky.  Doesn't stay in place in the ear.  The buds don't fit the natural ear.  I only kept it as a back up.  I use the Plantronics E50.  The most comfortable bluetooth for the ear in my opinion.

**Q: Is this earpiece as good as the old Plantronics that look like this?**
A: The earpiece is turned wrong I had to pull it off and re glue it, for the price it's a good headset not as technical as the Plantronics

**Q: Does this play music?**
A: I don't know. But I am not pleased with it at all. I keeps disconnecting with the phone. It sounds tinny.
I wouldn't recommend this to any one.
