portion control made easy! It even comes with a nice instruction card thattells you how high to make the food!I use this gadget a lot. It really works!

Very thin piece of plastic with a drawing of a box on each sheet. Would be great if it was actually used, but the flimsy thing got tossed on the first day. Not worth buying unless there is a thicker and more robust version. If you cannot trim the pieces off in order to make it fit into the box without cutting the measuring device apart...what is the point? Yes, I know that it is not a cutting board, but it does say that you can use it as such when you cannot.
