The hangle grip is also big, may not be suitable for 13 year old Review: Powerful Nerf Gun With Decent Built Quality - Well this is my first Nerf gun. I love the look, size, weight and the power of the gun. However, I feel it could have been better made for the money that Hasbro’s charging for this toy. When I took the toy out of its box I noticed that the finish was already wearing off at places (the top blue colour was wearing thin to reveal the white base colour of the gun at some sharp corners, which wear easily). Pieces made of shiny black plastic like the butt of the gun are very easy to scratch. The gun jammed on me after I fired a couple of shots but thanks to the instructions was easy to unjam. The safety is very flimsy and feels loose. I would have preferred if it “clicked” into place. Apart from this I have no other complaints. The gun is decently accurate without a proper sight for aiming. It is also surprisingly powerful and does hurt when shot with it.
