**Q: Is it a window cling or sticker?**
A: It is a very good quality vynil "permanent" sticker.

**Q: If put inside, can they be seen outside? And is it moveable or a permanent sticker?**
A: Permanent sticker and no. One sided and sticky side is blank. Definitely needs to go on the outside of your vehicle's window if you want others to know that you're an FSU fan. Go Noles!

A: The adhesive is on the back so if you put it inside it would look reversed when looking at it from outside car.  It's not a cling so I would say it's permanent.

Item would not come off backing and stick to vehicle window.  Pulled itself off half way through.Cannot get the middle part of the sticker off the backing
