We use the nalax shuttlecocks for practice matches and practice. It is not recommended for tournament or serious play. I would use Yonex AS 50 or Victor Master 1 for that. Nevertheless, this is a good option for practice matches and practice.For me, this shuttlecock is fast and good for two sets. Beyond that, it depends on you whether you mishit the birdie or not. As long as you don’t hit the feather, I guess this shuttlecock’s durability is fine.What I heard from my friend is that this shuttlecock was fast. I guess you don’t need to worry about the speed of the shuttlecock or how it plays. It is definitely okay.
