There is probably no fix for this, given the design fits my car holder and others don't.The hole is dual-purpose (drink directly or straw,) so it leaks if you tip it too far with the straw in it or knock it over. Also, the part of the hole that receives the straw is too large, and the straw can be removed despite the ring of metal on the bottom to prevent this.The worst problem shows up after a few months of use. It's a push-on top, which is convenient, but the seal is made with rubber rings and is basically a press fit. Once the rings wear enough if you tip the thing over when it's full, the top pops off, resulting in a lot of blue language first thing in the day. I am pleased enough with it to order replacement tops, though, if they're available. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very good tumbler; very nice lid; doesn't perform quite as well as Ozark Trail *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2016* I bought this after seeing that it was basically the highest rated one on Amazon, after filtering the reviews through Fake Spot.After about 32 hours, the Ozark Trail tumbler had about 9 ounces of water and the Frosti had about 12 ounces, so the Ozark Trail won.However, they were virtually identical all the way up to roughly the 16 to 18 hour mark.The lid on the Frosti is much nicer. The mouth opening is a bit wider and it goes down deeper into the drink, so it is less likely to come off.All and all, this is doesn't perform as well as Ozark Trail after about 18 hours, but it will probably have identical performance for 99% of the users out there.The straw is very nice, also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do yourself a favor and buy THIS ! *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2016* Okay, so this is my 2nd review bECAUSE THIS PRODUCT IS THE BOMB !!!! Going to reorder for the family. It doesn't sweat. I does keep water cold and ice cubes solid for a 7 hours-in-the-car-in-the -Texas-sun day (over 100 degrees inside hte car) . Why pay twice as much for that other brand??? Oh, and the delivery time was super sonic speed, and the customer service is incredible (and will make you smile). WHAT IS NOT TO LOVE?! :) (4 days later): Okay , so if you fill the tumbler with a full tray of ice, and leave it in your car on a 100+ degree Texas day, THE WATER WILL STILL BE COLD AND THERE WILL STILL BE ICE CUBES VISIBLE!!! The tumber itself was hot on the outside, but it wasn't a problem. WOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!
