Review: Brilliant purchase. The set is better than just the book - I am really glad I got the whole set with the workbook instead of only the artist's way and then using notebooks. There's something special, useful and compelling about using a numbered workbook. I am in my fourth week of using the workbook and reading and there's a distinct sense of control and clarity in my life. I am a long suffering binge eater but I started to feel a slight curb in the way I experience urges just from doing a bit of writing every morning. The workbook is quite large. You could spend 30-45 minutes every morning just filling up 3 pages. You'd definitely need to wake up 30 minutes earlier which is still worth it. I have often wanted to stop but now I don't dare. If I feel so many changes at week 4... imagine what growth will happen at week 12. Also, the Artist's Way book itself is a delight. Lovely gold front. It feels special. This is also a powerful gift for your friends to help them on their own creative and personal journey.

I am really glad I got the whole set with the workbook instead of only the artist's way and then using notebooks. There's something special, useful and compelling about using a numbered workbook.
