Our little girl puppy didn’t make it and passed away the day the mat arrived before we could even go pick her up from the breeder. We were able to get another Boston terrier puppy and I inquired about getting another mat. Shanna offered to replace the mat with the new puppy’s name, no questions asked. You don’t find caring people like these folks around much anymore and it really made our loss a lot easier knowing they are so sincere and caring. The way they handled this overjoyed my heart. Have used these folks in the past and that’s why we were getting another one from them. 5 stars all the way. The only downside is once water touches it, it’s a goner. The one I got was ruined pretty quickly from my dog splashing her water on it. The material started to smell really fast. So, I washed it by hand (you can’t use a washer on it) and when it dried the material shriveled up and it wasn’t nice anymore.
