I chose English as the language of choice, and still the searches came up with results listed in Chinese. The instruction booklet is written in piglatin english, complete with misspellings and copy that is so small that you can't read it. The features seem great on the surface, but it doesn't operate easily and a the operating system of choice seems to be Chinese. Company sent me a free one and I returned it because it had same problems as previous ones. Company has contacted me at least 6 times trying to get me to remove this review. because they have a promotion coming that this review might hurt. I considered raising it to 3 stars because they seemed sincere in getting me a working model, but after all the emails asking me to remove the one star rating and the issues with the replacement, I've decided to leave my review as is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Really Great Tablet That I am glad to have! *by S***S on June 3, 2016* The media could not be loaded. This UnisCom tablet is great, I love it. The resolution is crystal clear and the touch screen responds very well. It comes with a 16G ROM and 2GB of RAM. It has the Android 4.4 Mainstream Operating System with an A33 Processor just as the seller states in their description. The tablet works very fast and it does not use much power at all in order to do so.This tablet has bluetooth capability and WiFi wireless option so I can use it anywhere I can find a wireless internet connection. Games on this tablet work great, there is no lagging and no delay to touch response and so far I have not had any issues with games locking up on me or freezing. The tablet is lighter than it looks and seems to be very durable. Just as any other device such as this one I do not advise mishandling or mistreating it because it is not invincible. The screen does seem to be tough and does not feel like it can break easily. Children can easily handle it just as well as any adult.The tablet does come with user friendly options such as security, app store, language settings and resolution settings. There is also an option for developers but, I am not aware of what developers would do with those options but I am sure developers themselves do. The tablet is all white so dirty little hands can make it look messy easy enough but that is nothing a nice tablet case will not fix. If you require more storage there is an SD slot for storage expansion of to 32GB for you to store photos, videos, games or documents in. I use it for Netflix quite often an I love it. The videos run so smoothly and they look great. It also works very well with youtube and other websites that stream video.I will include a couple of videos that I recorded of myself using it for the second time after I became familiar with it. I am sorry that there is no vocal in the videos, I am not able to speak. You can clearly see how fast and accurate the tablet responds to touch and how well videos stream on it. You will also see the options available in the "Settings" menu. I am very pleased with this tablet and was actually surprised at how well it works considering the price.
