Oldest boy now a senior. Getting him Size18. All the rest (from size 10 upwards) are making their way down thru the younger sibs. Still looking good after all these years. I wish they would do husky though, the youngest is a little chubby. Lol.From 2014:I have probably bought 5 of these over the years, as well as experimented with other brands that were either cheaper (Izod) or more expensive (Calvin Klein). These look the best; feel the best; are long lasting without pilling; and last until, and sometimes beyond, when my sons outgrow them. The jacket length was perfect, the shoulders fit well, the sleeves were 3" too long, and the waist was a 2-3" too small. While I am going to look into letting the jacket out in the waist when I get the sleeves altered, a sizing chart that has more traditional measurements would be very useful. Otherwise the jacket was great for boy's blazer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ...but, color description is misleading *by Z***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2013* We've been having a hard time finding a new navy blazer for our 13-year-old son, who is 5'4" and weighs 130 lbs., with an athletic build and with shoulders that are suddenly bulking up. A navy blazer is required for his school uniform. We've always purchased inexpensive ones at Kohl's, Target, etc., because, well, you know what middle-school-age boys do to their blazers. They trash them, and by the end of the school year they don't fit anymore anyway. But this school year, we couldn't find navy blazers, except for beautifully-made tropical-weight wool blazers at Brooks Brothers, with a price to match. No way were we spending that much money on a school blazer that was going to get tossed into a corner of the playground, backpacks and lunch boxes piled on top, within the first few hours of its life. So, looking for one more reasonably priced, I found this one right here on Amazon. And I really like it. The fabric is a nice poly/rayon blend, and the striped partial lining insert (which is also inside the front breast pocket) is very snazzy and a nice touch. This blazer has not one, but two! inside pockets, which the young master just loves. I ordered a size 20, which is slightly long (may not be by the holidays) on our boy, but the shoulders fit, and the sleeve length is perfect. So far, so good.But, this blazer isn't navy. It isn't even dark navy blue. It's black. Upon receiving this blazer, I noticed that the Nautica tag on the sleeve says, "Dress Blues". US Navy dress blue officer's uniform is actually black. I know this because I've been married to a naval officer for thirty years. The Amazon description here online says "Boys [sic] Navy Blazer", so I thought we'd actually end up with a navy blue blazer. Alas, we haven't. Did I miss something, does the rest of the world expect black when a description says "navy"? So I don't think I'll be sewing my son's school crest patch on this one, and we'll have to keep looking for a school blazer that truly is navy blue. We'll probably keep this one anyway, it fits so well and is of a good quality, especially for this price.
