Krylon makes a good UV sealant but it is slightly tacky upon drying. Local craft stores are limited on what they offer that will withstand the elements, so I would look into a commercial grade product if I were the proud owner of a life-sized Roy Rogers cut out and a barn. **Q: Can I brush this onto fabric to make kitchen shelf liners & wipe with damp sponge to clean? Do I need polycrylic spray too? Would MP Hard Coat better?** A: You can use this, however, hard coat would be better. Can this glue be applied on top of drywall and concrete to seal the water?** A: Be aware that sealing the outside of the drywall may trap moisture inside that you will not see. Try to stop water from getting in first.
