Was provided mailing instructions. The bar code did not scan which should have been my first tip off that this company was less than honest. But I returned it to the mailing address provided. That was mid March. Received my pkg back this week (May) saying no such address. Seller was to reimburse upon receipt of item ( not the usual easy return of everything else from Amazon!). Still no reimbursement to date. Left investigation with Amazon. The item was a glasses chain!
