I was right. I haven't been using it for long (think I've made five batches now), but it seems like a great quality device. It gives you full control over temperate (you can go from 25 to 65 degrees, so could even use it as a small sous-vide cooker). The fine mesh sieve is a really nice addition, as are having two pots. I'm still experimenting, but have found using 40 degrees for 10 hours makes a really nice thick and creamy yogurt with a good tangy flavour. I then strain this when chilled for a few hours to remove some excess way (not necessary, but I like my yogurt extra thick). All of this would be doable without an electric yogurt maker, but it would be a major faff. This compact little device is easy to use, easy to clean and gives excellent results. I just hope it's built to last! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by N***B on 14 January 2022* Bought this because it looked identical to branded equivalents but was £20 rather than £30.Easy to use, works. What more can you ask for? I've made greek style yogurt, normal yogurt and cream cheese. All very edible. The cream cheese needs help to avoid blandness. I used garlic paste and salt. Very tasty.Instructions aren't great but ... who reads instructions?
