Yes it does noice reduction. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ real comfy but compromised performance *by A***R on 6 January 2022* i have absolutely tiny ear canals, that is import for context. Everyone's ears are different and everyone needs different sized earplugs. Taking about my tiny ear canals that barely fit the small size earbuds on general earphones: The earplugs are very comfortable to wear, I could hardly tell they are present. This is different from the regular work earplugs you can buy. They dont fit my ears and i have to cut them, on top of that those safety earplugs become a horrible ear sore after a few hours waking me up from sleep these on the other hand have been the first earplugs I have gotten that I lasted the entire night without having to remove them. The only complaint I have is that, when i woke up one of the earplugs had fallen out of my ear....
