I have been struggling with recurrent yeast infections right before I get my cycle on and off for years. I tried literally every recommendation — low sugar diet, cotton underwear, showering/changing immediately after the gym, etc… nothing worked. I am extremely healthy and fit, so I could NOT figure out why nothing I was doing was working.
