I agree with allot of other reviews about the leaking. Would add another negative is that with the leaking makes it very messy and not easy to carry on walks. It came really dirty too. Makes me wonder where it was manufactured. Won't use it after the first time. UPDATED rating: decided to give it a few more tries. If you work on getting the correct angle holding it and dog drinking it does not leak and make as much of a mess. It is clunky and bulky to carry on walks but great alternative (cleaner and more hygienic) to having dog drink out of public pet drinking fountains or bowls stored put out for pets. The loop broke off pretty quickly but not a big deal.
