It does not. Too tight. Hard work to pull it over and under. Need to buy the Samsonite XL cover with the cube design. Might have to buy it beforehand. If fits, keep it. If not, refund it. **Q: Is it compatible with the Samsonite Inova 28" ?** A: I buh it for nova 25 ,large is for 28. **Q: How many weight ampty bag?!** A: It'a very very light. Don't even need to ask. Probably as much as a Tshirt. That's why I love this Samsonite luggage protector. The lightest I could find that is very strong nylon. I bought a LARGE and it's a very tight fit over my 62" softside Samsonite. I like that it is and then wrap it with several layers of mailing tape. So are nobody has opened my bags at any airport.
