Review: a new lemon - i,m assuming a new machine but the upper sensor didn't work so it wouldn't copy from the glass or feeder....it would print from the computer just fine....because of desertcarts great return policy and not having to deal with dell, i'm going to give another one try...i can only lose time

I don't usually write reviews but buyer beware with the Dell HP815dw. Constant issues - won't connect, won't scan, feeder jams. I really hate this printer. I've put up with the nonsense for about 4 years. Planning to take to Staples and let them recycle it. Don't waste your money.
