I have just started trying to get warranty support so I will update this review when I have resolved the situation but so far it has taken quite a bit of work.The product comes with a two year warranty, according to the iGo site. But then they indicate that the warranty is for items bought DIRECTLY FROM THEM. If bought through Amazon, they tell you to go to Amazon. When you try to find warranty info through Amazon, it is MIA. I have written to Amazon for clarification and will report back with info about how helpful they are. As it stands now, since I have an investment in all of these bits and pieces (a whole collection of tips) I will probably buy further parts and replacements directly through the iGo store -- unless Amazon resolves this to my satisfaction.[EDIT: Without any discussion, Amazon refunded the price of this item. Strangely, they credited a portion of the money to each item I purchased, even those with which I had no problem... not that I care in the least what internal accounting they use. I am grateful that Amazon stepped up to this and resolved the issue ... virtually instantly. GO AMAZON! I'm a happy camper.]The product is a basically good idea, but if one part fails, then you can end up being stuck with a collection of parts that are useless. I'm starting to think that it makes sense to put up with the extra things to carry and go with the cheaper chargers that come with the individual items. ### ⭐ Very Poorly Made *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2012* I have been using an iGo wall charger for a couple of years and love it. When I needed a second one, I decided to get the wall/auto charger. Liked the tidyness of a retractable cable and having everything all in one little pouch. However, on the third use, the tip that connects the retractable cable to the power sources snapped off inside the receptacle of the wall unit as I was removing the cable for storage. I was able to get the broken part out of the wall unit, but so far as I can tell, the retractable cable is not sold separately so now I have two power units that cannot be connected to anything. Great concept. Very disappointing performance. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Item, Incomplete description on the part of Amazon *by N***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2008* This is a great item, it works well, its handy, etc.My main beef is with Amazon. The way that they have it described you would think that it comes ready to attach right to your iPod or iPhone. WRONG! You must also purchase the iGo tip (#A133). I have no problem with having to purcahse the tip seperately, but Amazon should be explicit in saying you need to do so. This product will actually work with any iGo tip so it is not just for iPods/iPhones.I contacted Amazon to make the appropriate changes so future customers do not face the same frustration I did when I opened the package and found that I would need to make an additional trip to Radio Shack.
