It explains why children with autism struggle and really it does the work of a shelf of books.I could not put it down and it gave me many ideas to help my son.I believe it is on the reading list for Relationship Development Intervention (a very good reading list indeed put together by the Gutsteins which can be found at their website, Connections Center.)Ellen Notbahm who is a co-author of this book also penned "10 Things your Child with Autism wishes you knew".
