The bag works exactly as intended and I was aware of the zipper issues prior, they are a bit on the tougher side but I assumed it was to increase durability. Used it on a quick trip to a wedding and kept everything nicely. I like the strap , the sturdiness of the canvas, and the color is exactly what I wanted.However, after the 2nd-3rd time using it I found the main zipper taking a lot of weight and coming apart. I literally used the bag 2-3 times and already saw it coming undone. I'd like to think I'm very careful with products I purchase especially brand new so was surprised.
