**Q: in the kit  what weight is the oil**
A: 20W40 semi synthetic

**Q: Will this work for 2013 vegas 8 ball?**
A: I believe the 2013 Vegas has the 100cu engine so this would work

**Q: Will this work for 2017 victory octane? Also are there other products I can use besides this?**
A: NO!  Use the Indian Scout oil change kit with the full synthetic 15-60w oil; Amazon item # 2880191.  The Octane motor is a liquid cooled motor, completely different than the freedom 106 engines.  When Polaris bought the Indian name, they just rebadged the Octane as a Scout.  Same engines, just different styling.
