Leather doesn't look cheap, the hardware is not gaudy, and the shape is clean and simple.Pros:- Looks like a beautiful purse- Interior is beige which makes finding items easier- Well-organized: 2 exterior pockets, 2 diaper pockets, a cooler pocket, 2 bottle pockets, and a large pocket for the changing pad and other items.- Can be worn as a work bag- Excellent customer service: even though I didn't buy the purse straight from Newlie, they sent me a free messenger strap since mine was missing one.- Comfortable to wear, despite it being a big bagCons:- Doesn't fit as much stuff as my traditional/ugly, huge diaper bag, which is understandable.- When the bag is full, it is more difficult to use the messenger bag straps. I rarely use the messenger strap because the bag is so huge on my small frame. Lightweight. Good pockets. Looks very nice. Good long strap. I am gentle on my bags and take good care of them. However this one is not holding up. The cool pocket has ripped away from the side and would no longer insulate anything. I only put one very small freezer gel pack in there with one 4oz bottle. It's not overstuffed. I put it on my registry for my baby shower so I received it back in July or I would return it. I thought this bag would last at least a year or two.
