So far there hasn't been any problems. There wasn't any instructions in the box on how to use the tester but once I emailed I got a quick response. I give it 5 stars because so far it has worked great and also because the customer service was excellent. ### ⭐ I will NEVER use this collar again!! *by A***A on July 13, 2016* My 70lb American Bulldog wore this collar a handful of times. I bought it mainly to camp with. At first I thought it was great. I had it on her today and it malfunctioned! It would not stop zapping her! She was yelping with her tail tucked. I have never seen my dog react to anything like that. I took the collar off her neck and got zapped myself! It's light was blinking and would not shut off! I had to take the battery out of it to stop the collar from zapping! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I might not have to put the collar on her tonight if she stays quiet like this. *by R***M on April 29, 2016* Received it yesterday , had to adjust the sensitivity all the way up to 7 before it would beep on a shih tzu barking. She barked heard a tone, kept barking 2nd tone went off then 3rd bark she felt it and stopped barking, she hasnt barked since . She is in the backyard with my jack russells running around playing and I still have not heard a bark from her today. I got the collar for her to wear in her crate overnight. I regret not getting this collar sooner.
