Just so happens I'm taking this right now as I'm writing this review. A couple months ago I had originally bought the same exact tincture and brand at a holistic store located four hours from where I live. I don’t travel as often as I would like and so I ended up ordering this brand from desertcart. Typically I just squirt this stuff into my cup of water. I've read how well ashwagandha works on improving energy and dismissing stress which was a major reason for me to try this. I'm glad I did. Something to keep in mind is, most herbs take a couple of weeks to a month to start affecting the human body. Depends on who you are, sometimes the effects are faster and sometimes it might take longer. Sometimes a different plant might work better. So keep experimenting. In my case, I started seeing the results I was looking for within two weeks. I’m taking fewer naps because I have more energy to use. I’ve actually been taking this for months now and a few weeks ago I started a second job. I’m a big sap because I have a very low tolerance to stress. Working two jobs is something I never imagined I could do because of my low stress tolerance. And yet here I am, just passing my second week with keeping two jobs and there’s still some energy to spare. I’m very surprised to feel only a minimum of stress. It’s very insignificant especially compared to where I originally was and that was when I had only one job. Now I’m often working double shifts a day and I’m feeling pretty good.
