First I did a swab on my hand to make sure my delicate skin wasn’t irritated. It packed on pretty nice but even the slightest brush can leave intense color and it was VERY smooth, not chalky like the other ones I’ve tried. It’s a loose powder without a shaker lid which is my only gripe because if you accidentally hit it off the counter, it’s gone and it makes a mess-very easy clean up off tile. The color is VERY intense with primer (plus less fall out plus if you lenses like I do, you don’t want any shadow getting in there!). Over all, this is far better than most on the market and it’s safe for eyes. Using a tissue right under your eye helps keep it from your cheeks but it can dust to other areas of your face so I would go too nuts with blending so I packed it on and no neon freckles when the blacklight was on🤪 It can fall on clothes so…don’t wear white when you apply…ask me how I know LOL. Comes off of skin SUPER easy. If you want really good blacklight eye make up-this is a great one if you’re careful.
