Nikki's writing and her journey are so relatable and really solidify my intuition that there is a huge connection between emotional and physical health. This book inspired me to listen to my inner voice and really to take charge of my own wellness and healing. Nikki quite literally gives you numbered steps and even a workbook for your own journey. This was the case with Nikki Engel’s book, Clarity. At various points I was brought to tears for the pain and struggle she went through and other times for her courage and drive to find the way to heal in spite of all odds. Her story is personal and heartwarming and at the same time, full of helpful information and tools for other people on their own healing journey. I have already purchased a 2nd copy to share.
